Dry Ice Slab

We manufacture a range of slabs with thickness varying from 20 mm right up to 200 mm. The 125 mm slab is one of our most popular and weighs 5 kg. We can supply this slab unpackaged or packaged in our specially designed and developed insulating foil packaging with breather holes for the CO2 gas to escape from. These slabs are widely used in the catering industry and also for exporting of certain highly perishable foodstuffs.

Dry Ice Block

This is the biggest dry ice product that we manufacture. These blocks are double compressed by hydraulics in our machine to 250 Bar of pressure - exerted onto each block. As a result the blocks are extremely dense and last longer than any other dry ice product on the market. They are used by ice cream vendors, Food, Pharmaceutcal and chemicals amongst others and are also the preferred choice of companies exporting meat and seafood products which must be kept frozen for extended periods of time.

Dry Ice Nuggets

This form of Dry Ice are double compressed in our state-of-the-art dry ice machine, and as a result are extremely dense. They can be used to keep perishable freight that has to be transported at the correct temperature and have the benefit of lasting longer which is especially important when there is a long journey ahead. These nuggets are also useful for creating a smoky special effect for parties, catering and movie shoots. They can also be used for camping and fishing trips and have a host of other applications.

Food Grade Dry Ice

Dry ice used to cool or freeze any type of food product must comply with food industry regulations. TRIPTI dry ice manufacturing processes ensure that our dry ice is "food grade" for customers in the airline catering, meat processing, food shipping and other industries where the highest sanitary conditions are necessary.

Thermacol Storage Box

The only cheapest way to store dry ice is in a tight lipped Thermacol container.

At TRIPTI dry ices we offer a variety of Thermacol storage containers which are all available for sale. Our experience gained - after much testing - has shown that for shorter durations (a few hours up to 2 days) the best (and most affordable) choice of small container is the Thermacol box with lid which, once filled, we always seal with packaging tape to minimize losses.

We can offer various Sizes starting from 3kg to 70Kg Thermacol containers, A 3 kg box can fit approximately 1kg of Dry ice,15kg box can fit 10-12 kg of 1 block and similarly it works out for other sizes as well.

Puff Insulated Storage Boxes

We can, on request, have custom-designed dry ice Puff Insulated storage boxes manufactured for customers who wish to store larger quantities of dry ice for longer periods of time. The size of the box will depend on your requirements and we will assist with a detailed analysis of your needs to determine the optimum size required.

These boxes are of heavy duty construction and are fitted on castor wheels for maneuverability. They have special 100mm thick insulated walls and double-sealed hinged lids. They offer superior thermal insulation and have a number of special features to help minimize losses. With these boxes we have proved that it is possible to keep dry ice for up to a week providing that the box is completely filled with dry ice (allowing for a 2 - 5% loss of product per day depending on ambient temperature).
